Please complete and accept all terms of the registration forms. Final schedules/details will be distributed prior to the start of the event(s). Any unpaid registrations will be deleted prior to the event starting. Note that the program cost is for the entire season, not for each week or session!

US Lacrosse Membership: Membership in US Lacrosse, the national governing body for lacrosse, is required of all Lawrence Lacrosse players (except for the Little Laxers program). All reputable lacrosse camps, clinics and tournaments require that all participants are US Lacrosse members. Membership is good for one year and is transferable across any camp, club, etc. that requires it. Having our players and coaches as US Lacrosse members helps control our insurance costs, covers our organization from liability under certain conditions, and provides other benefits to our players, coaches and club. Our registration system will automatically verify that you have a valid membership and will re-direct you to US Lacrosse if you are not currently valid for the duration of the season for which you are registering.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your child's Lawrence Lacrosse registration up until the second week of the season (which includes practices) and receive a full refund, less any expenses the Club may have incurred on your child's behalf (i.e. uniforms, equipment, etc).  After the second week, registration is non-refundable.  Please note: This policy does not cover events in which the Club is collecting registrations for programs not controlled by Lawrence Lacrosse LLC; i.e various tournaments, winter box lacrosse, and other special events. Please visit the site of the specific event you are registering for their refund policy.
